- StandIn is a participant with its own name in your Microsoft Teams, in your own tenant. Call it like a colleague, or invite it to a meeting.
- Holds a real conversation
- It talks in real time with natural turn-taking, and stops speaking the moment someone interrupts. In group meetings it stays quiet until someone addresses it. It replies in chat as well.
- Sees what is on screen
- During a call it follows the shared screen and camera, so people can show it a document or a system and ask about it.
- Writes the minutes
- At the end of a meeting it writes up what was said and what was shown as minutes, and posts them to the meeting chat with a Word document.
