What do I pay for, seats or bots?
The headline price meters on the tier (a capacity band of bot instances). Anyone on your team can talk to the AI teammates; there is no per-seat charge.
What's not included in the price?
Your agent (any of the seven supported backends), the AI model, and STT/TTS run in your own tenant at your cost. We host the real-time Teams media bridge; that's what the tier covers.
Where does my meeting data live?
In your own Microsoft tenant. The bot runs under your identity (BYO-AAD); StandIn only transits real-time media and stores no transcripts, recordings, or memory.
