What do I pay for — seats or bots?
The headline price meters on the tier (a capacity band of bot instances). Seats are unlimited within your tier. Per-seat pricing is only an upsell lever for very large accounts.
What's not included in the price?
Your agent (OpenClaw or Hermes), the AI model, and STT/TTS run in your own tenant at your cost. We host the real-time Teams media bridge — that's what the tier covers.
Where does my meeting data live?
In your own Microsoft tenant. The bot runs under your identity (BYO-AAD); Standin only transits real-time media and stores no transcripts, recordings, or memory.
